John Martin has an MBA from Macquarie Business School and over a decade of experience in strategy consulting. He is a highly organised business manager who coordinates projects of any size and capacity in an outstandingly efficient manner. He continuously strives to make his clients’ needs a priority and is well-known for his attention to detail always making sure that every step of the engagement process is seamless.
In 2011 John was responsible for the establishment of Suncorp’s national position and influence on key government policy, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Ageing Workforce and Diversity
Ronique Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. In only 3 years Ronique went from being a Physiotherapist, Allied Health Manager, independent contractor, business partner and Director of Golden Age Physiotherapy. Starting from the ground has given Ronique a comprehensive understanding of building and developing Allied Health programs for aged care facilities nationally. These programs are responsible for delivering evidence based treatments in accordance with ACFI, NDIS, Medicare and CDM whilst satisfying industry standards.
Ivy Li has a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. She possesses valuable clinical experience ranging from senior physiotherapist in aged care, neurological rehabilitation, and private practice settings. Having been heavily involved in developing and rolling out Golden Age’s successful physiotherapy program across a number of facilities, she oversees management of the allied health team, and co-ordinates delivery of our NDIS service.
